We try to make our process as easy as possible from receiving all the information, to your big Session Day to ordering.
1. Book your Session

- Online Booking
Our convenient online booking is very easy to use. Choose your date and time from our live availability calendar, answer a few questions and pay your session fee. After booking you will fill out some questionnaires that help us prep for your shoot, receive your Welcome Email that includes your session information, Client Agreement, and the link to our Session Prepping Page.
2. Prepping for your session
All of our clients receive access to our Session Prepping Page which includes LOADS of information to help you get ready for your day! You will find Guides that cover What to Expect, How to Prepare, Places to Shop plus more. We are ALWAYS available for a phone consultation anytime leading up to your session.
3. Session Day
Let the fun begin!! We will start your day by laying out all your wardrobe and going through it to choose the perfect pieces to photograph. You will then spend the next hour to an hour and a half with one of our amazingly talented artists who will pamper you with professional hair and makeup. Once your transformation is complete it is time to turn the music up and start the session!
We direct you through the entire session! You don’t have to know how any of this works or how to pose. We will get into the pose ourselves to show you what we are after and then help you get into the pose. Nerves are completely normal but as soon as we show you that first image on the back of the camera, that is when they really go away and the fun truly begins!
Before you leave the studio, we will schedule your Image Debut and Ordering Session.
4. Image Debut & Ordering Session
Your private Image Debut is an event all itself. It takes place 14-20 days after your session in the studio. You will view your beautifully edited image proofs from your session, choose your favorites and place your order.
Product and Image Delivery timelines:
- Digital Images & Digital Products are delivered the same day if paid in full.
- Album orders can take up to 3 weeks for production after full payment is received.
- Wall Art takes up to 10 business days for production.
- Please keep in mind that if you choose to enroll in a payment plan at your Image Debut, we do hold onto all products and images until paid in full. There are no exceptions to this policy. If you do not want to wait, we suggest placing an order before your session or starting an AEB Account after booking.
